Perhaps...

Perhaps...

It all seems to make sense... I have learned in the past that when it’s time for Moshiach, it will be nearly impossible for Klal Yisroel to have emunah... I always wondered how that would be possible... now I’m beginning to see it in that the momentary assurances and assumptions of life seem to be disappearing...

What if... the test is now?

When all of the comforts of life are taken back by the Maker of World, the only thing we have left is the choice to create and maintain a relationship with Hashem... just as Hashem took Paroah’s free will away by removing all external influences so that his choice was truly his own internal free will being expressed, perhaps the same is happening to us so that we can make the choice to connect to Hashem without any external influences...

Perhaps that choice for the world to realize that it depends on Him and only Him is what will hasten Moshiach...

Mankind has begun to be separated from each other... nations aren’t able to fight because they are trying to survive against a common enemy... one they can’t see, hear, touch, smell, taste, feel, or sense with our basic abilities that guide us daily in living...

Mankind is stuck at home and is contemplating life and meaning because all its distracting comforts are evaporating... leaving it with nothing else to do...

The Jewish nation has lost its ability to connect to Hashem via shuls... via Krias HaTorah... via tefillah btzibur... without this, the world is on the edge of a cliff because it depends on our learning and tefillos.

We are stuck at home and are given the chance to be with our children and not distracted by the comforts of life outside our home...

Our children are learning Torah still and we are helping them access it because that’s our job and privilege; consequently we are actually learning in their shiurim with them as well... perhaps the pasuk applies here that says that parents will return through their children...

But this learning as it is now depends on the use of the internet... there is news that the internet is beginning to buckle because it can’t handle the bandwidth of the world at home all using it at once, much for simple entertainment...

Interestingly, that entertainment source is in ruins - Hollywood can’t make movies because it can’t sell them to an audience in movie theaters anymore, professional sports can’t sell tickets or play on tv to audience anymore... the actors and athletes who represent the pinnacle of Yavan are now seeing themselves as vulnerable as the common person... so are leaders of the world... because they like everyone else can’t hide ... they too are getting sick ... these “gods”, these societal “heroes” are being exposed as mortal humans just like Paroah was when doing his “business” in the Nile when Moshe came to him in the morning.

Their movie theaters and their stadiums now have no use. Ah but we have shown they do have a use... we can use them as batei midrashim just as they were used for the siyum hashas.

So, what if the internet buckles and we next lose the chance to be able to learn online and connect with people out of our homes... then we will be forced to teach our children’s ourselves alone... perhaps we will then realize how much we have taken the chance to be mechanach our children for granted...

Perhaps this is the plan....

Hashem is removing all the false gods we rely on as equally as the assumption of the rising sun:

  • Health
  • Money
  • Entertainment
  • Food
  • Social Connections
  • Technology
  • Shul

What if all of our conveniences in life are impossible to have and we can’t rely on them? What if Hashem is removing all of them to show us He is the One on Whom we must rely... as if we resembled Migdal Bavel in the Dor Haflagah.... where todays’s money is the one common language... and Hashem is dispersing the “unity of desire” ofthe world again...

It all appears to make sense... perhaps the time is really now...

Everything really does seem to be lining up for the real show...

Ein Od Milvado

There is one G-d and there is His people...

Shema Yisroel Hashem Elokeinu Hashem Echad

May we be zocheh to bring the Korban Pesach in but 2 weeks with the world watching and knowing there is only one G-d.

Good Shabbos
