Are Tables & Chairs Included?
YES. The rental fee includes the use of the following items which can be used to setup many different floor plan scenarios for your event.
NOTE: The space is not big enough for ALL these items to be setup at the same time.
- Stylish white resin folding chairs (QTY 200)
- Round 60in Tables (QTY 20)
- 8ft rectangle tables (QTY 15)
- Square 5ft x 5ft table (QTY 1)
What's the kitchen setup?
It's a prep room, not a kitchen, but its PERFECT! Approved vendors are permitted to use our kitchen which is a very spacious area easilly accessible by serving staff via double doors in to the hall. The use of our commercial fridge, freezers, warmers, and prep tables and sinks is included is available to approved vendors.
Do you have some floor plans we can use for ideas?
YES. Check out these ideas, they are a good place to start when visualizing the use of space.
Is there a projector and screen?
YES. The rental fee includes the use of our built in projector and screen. The screen is approximately 10ft wide. A laptop or similar device is needed to display your content, we do not have one on site.
Is there a sound system?
YES. The rental fee includes the use of our built in sound system and available wireless microphone. Our built in system is idea for background music playlists, a speech, or playing the sound track with your slideshow or video presentation. Dance/DJ/Live music should plan to bring their own PA system for their music. Connectivity to our system available via bluetooth or wired connection.
